Fedida
5.0Estrutura do local muito boa , porém a praia é poluída e muito fedida
− O cheiro da poluição da praia propaga por todo o resort , acabamos indo embora antes do esperado
Do not expect great service
4.0Horrible check in experience. Room supposed to be ready by 4. It is 5:00 and we are still waiting. When we originally got her at 3:00 they said it would only be a half hour wait. Ruins the whole experience.
Dinner at Cheeca Lodge
10.0We just had the most awesome dinner at Cheeca Lodge with the best waitress, “Leticia!”What a personality! Wishing her the absolute best in her career!
Amazing service in the US!
10.0Logan,Jessica ( front desk) , Chris and Mario: Thank you for the best service ever. We really appreciate your attention to detail. You are the ones that made this trip fabulous.
DON’T EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE!!!!
2.0DON’T GO. Sargassum invasion. The pestilence and ocean views are horrible. The odor is all over the hotel. Even the pool area stinks. Sargassum not only stinks. It builds toxic gases. Although not ilegal, ethically questionable not to warn prospective customers about it. We paid over $1,000 a night for an ocean front room!!! We needed shut doors and windows to good the toxic odor. Behind that. Food and beverage a total disaster. Horrible food. Greasy, very poorly prepared. A seafood bisque looked like a glass or warm milk mixed with fried and greasy shrimp. Breakfast fried eggs served on a small bread plate AMD looking like nothing resembling fried eggs. More like a mixed greasy tortillas writh no eyesight of the egg yolks. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life pretending to have a nice retreat. Expensive and HORRIBLE.
Love Cheeca
10.0Our anniversary stay at Cheeca Lodge was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Jessica at check-in was absolutely fantastic — funny, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. She truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay feel special, and her hospitality set the tone for the entire trip. Our room was beautiful with an incredible ocean view that made it hard to leave the balcony each morning. The entire property feels like a tropical escape, with lush landscaping and scenery that instantly puts you into complete relaxation mode. We spent a day by the pool and had such a great experience. The pool attendants, servers, and bartenders were all genuinely friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was another highlight. We arrived early and were the only guests there at the time, but the chef treated us like VIPs. Before our meal, he surprised us with an extra burrata dish — and as someone who loves burrata, it felt like he somehow read my mind! For our entrée, he prepared an incredible gluten-free pasta with Gulf shrimp that was absolutely delicious. From the service to the food to the beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our next visit. We can't wait to come back... hopefully very soon!
