We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The room was so nice with a huge bed and a bigger bathroom. It was quiet and there was a nespresso mashine in the room. Everything was very clean. We had a couple of issues which were fast an efficient solved. Definately a hotel to go to. We can highly recommend it

Our stay at the Hilton Frankfurt Gravenbruch was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The level of customer service, professionalism, and genuine warmth shown by the staff made our experience truly memorable. A special thank you to Anna and Laura at reception, who were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism immediately made us feel comfortable and valued as guests. The bar staff were also outstanding — friendly, engaging, and consistently provided excellent service with a smile, creating such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere every evening. At breakfast, Bosse and Ivana went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness, positive energy, and care for guests truly stood out and made every morning a pleasure. And finally, a huge thank you to the main man, Sovin, whose exceptional hospitality and dedication made such a lasting impression on us. His professionalism, charisma, and genuine care for guests represent the very best of Hilton service. Thank you all for making our stay so special. Wonderfully presented Hilton with interesting history

We booked this for our trip to Frankfurt and though it is a little way out (taxis and busses are available), it was an amazing experience. The hotel is well presented with all the mod cons, even down to being able to turn off the light switches at night that the rooms are completely dark. The hotel has beautiful restaurants and serve a wonderful breakfast. The staff are friendly and engaging and the bar is very cosy and comfortable with wide range of drinks and bar food (superb burgers). We visited in winter and the pool was closed for refurbishing which they had made us aware of before even booking, but the spa was available. Our only negative, which is not the hotel but the guests, was the smoking. We had a room with shared balcony and had the window open (as the rooms were warm) and neighbours were smoking cigars out there, not that great. We were surprised how many people were actually smoking.

I always stay here during the Heimtex show and it’s a quiet location with easy links to Frankfurt.

− There is really no need to charge €10 for a bottle of water. This only makes a guest feel that the extortionate profit margin is based on pure greed and not to assist a guest who may wish to take some water to the room. Add a few Euros to the room charge and don’t alienate the guest with a crazy price tag on a bottle of water.
