Lunch in the hotel
10.0I had the prawn curry, and I can honestly say it was one of the best Indian dishes I’ve had anywhere in Harare. Rich aromatic, and perfectly balanced. Complimets to chef Kader. Higly recimended .

Warm and welcoming staff
10.0Thank you to Brian at reception for sorting an early check in for me and a taxi transfer. Everything was so efficient! And thank you very much to Colins from The Kitchen who was so warm and welcoming and made me feel like part of the family! The food was good, the rooms were clean and the spa was brilliant, it had a good deal for in-house guests and Britany did a brilliant job. Thank you!

10.0the rooms are extremely clean and the food was very delicious , l recall eating the african dish of oxtail and rice , it was well cooked and very nice . l also think you should add more variety, on sea food dishes, l wanted prawns but l didnt see them on the list

10.0Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again & again The only down thing with this hotel is their royal & presidential suite is over prized.
