10.0・ベッドメイクで、子供が持参したぬいぐるみを丁寧に枕の間に収めていただき、「神対応！」と子供が感激していました。 ・子供がお気に入りの本を、うっかりベッドの枕の下に忘れてしまい、帰宅後、問い合わせたところ、フロントの方が親切丁寧に対応してくれ、郵送していただきました。感謝、感謝です。
