7.0The hotel was clean and in a good area.
− I didn't like the price for one night especially with breakfast not being included.
It was ok. Decent especially because they were extremely busy.
7.0Although it’s an older hotel it’s aesthetically pleasing. It’s very nice.
− The air conditioning in the room did not work. Although they had someone reset it, it still was a tad bit uncomfortable

9.0The suite was really big, clean, real king size bed, very confortable, two large TV screens with movies available. Beautiful view on the splendid swimming area from the balcony. The breakfast was good and various. The welcome cookie was delicious. The hotel is 15min away from Charlotte Downtown. And on the top of the cake, the receptionist Chino has been really nice and helpful by suggesting us nice spots to see the 4th July fireworks, appreciated it. Our stay was perfect
− Small thing: during the breakfast, the staff don’t check if you have the breakfast included or not, so they automatically bring you a bill. I had to go to the front desk, explained the situation and got two tickets that proved the included breakfast
