Place is closed. DO NOT USE HOTELS.COM
2.0This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess. When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket.
Hotel permanently closed. Hotels.com is difficult
2.0DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT IS CLOSED. After I paid and arrived, I tried cancelling with hotels.com and the only thing they wanted to do was find me another place AFTER I tried to get in touch with them for over an hour. As soon as I said "give me my money back right now" a pushy guy from India called me internationally to trying to book me another place. I guess he thought I should pay $.35 a minute to hear him tell me I cannot get my money back because their is no cancellation policy, DESPITE the fact that the place no longer exists (see photo). By this time I was already in a taxi headed somewhere else. Do not book this place. And I am starting to wonder if I will ever use hotels.com again because their customer service is horrible.
Hate this hotel
2.0This hotel no longer exists! ! Don’t know why I can still book a hotel already closed business
Hotel no longer exists. Hotels.com did not care.
4.0I arrived late at night to find the hotel had been closedown down for over a month. Had to wander around the streets with my bags looking for somewhere else to stay. A little scary as a solo female traveler arriving late. Hotels Tonight customer service rep told me it wasn’t their problem.
Good place to sleep
6.0Friendly staff, fairly good English, close to airport, old building, clean, comfortable bed, not much to do, front door always locked, no place to really smoke except out on street. Warm, but not hot shower. Comfortable bed, no AC, but there was a fan.
Children 3 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
Pets not allowed
No elevators
