Elegance in the centre of San Fran
10.0We went for a romantic short stay for my partners birthday. The hotel is fabulous and only bettered by the fantastic staff that work there. Special thanks to Terry who catered to all of our needs and my special requests to make the trip even more special for my partner.
Not impressed
6.0The location was good. Parking was a little difficult because they don’t have on-site parking. The check-in desk personnel was not friendly. They were there to do their job. The bar is permanently closed, and that negatively affected my feeling of the atmosphere. The room had a cute but useless theme?, and the bed was comfortable. There was no meals or drink bar available so I would say the value was less than optimal.
