1.0− I was disappointed by the billing experience. My Booking.com confirmation showed a total price of USD 106, but a total of USD 244 was charged to my payment card, which is USD 138 more than the confirmed booking amount. I contacted the hotel for an explanation. They informed me that they authorized USD 134 at check-in, including a USD 100 incidental deposit and a USD 34 hotel service fee. They also stated that the USD 100 deposit was later released and advised me to contact Booking.com regarding the total charges :( I am currently waiting for a response from Booking.com. I hope they can help resolve this issue and assist me in getting my money back.
