8.0For a person who travels a lot I found the stay in this hotel is an extraordinary experience. The check in was smooth with the personal touch of Nina who provided an extraordinary room tour. The room view and location were great. The safety and security are both high. The porters and keepers were wonderful. The food is very good too. If I visit Milano again I will stay at Tivoli.
− Poor English and communication skills of Room Service. Charging 15 Euros for any order (it is preferred to charge 5-10 percent instead). The guest service staff are the front desk staff, and I found most of them lack concierge expertise and need to be trained. One staff mistakenly sent me to the wrong train station and I ended up in a different location than intended. The last thing are the banging noises on the ceiling and walls during the day, evening, and even after midnight.
