5.0− I request a takeaway for breakfast because I wasn't gonna be at the premises during breakfast but the didn't,I was at the premises at 9:10 am. Secondly around 9:20am when I was at my room a housekeeper keeps on knocking asking if im leaving yet the check out time is 10:00

− The stuff fighting us in the morning when we where checking out, demanding that we need to pay extra money, that was not professional at all as the error was on their system and they should have confirmed our booking with their office before accusing us
