1.0− Por 10 min de atraso levamos uma multa de 15€. É pior que multa de estacionamento, devem se achar polícias, além de muito arrogantes no atendimento. Em quanto estavam a entregar a chaves falavam em francês o que achei uma falta de respeito. Pagámos 60€ pela limpeza e tinha unhas cortadas numa das gavetas. Um valor que não justifica termos que deixar a loiça arrumada, que supostamente depois é desinfetada…deitar o lixo e outras obrigações. A partir do momento que eu coloco a loiça no sítio como sabem o que tem de desinfetar que não vai ser toda de certeza. Uma caução de 400€ com várias coisas partidas e a gaveta da máquina da loiça com ferrugem…enfim

Please note that the cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights will be 60 EUR. The cleaning fee for stays of more than 7 nights is 120 EUR. The cleaning fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival. If you clean the room after your stay, the cleaning fee will be waived.
Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - 15 EUR from 19:00 to 20:30; - 25 EUR from 20:30 to 22:00; FROM 50 EUR after 22:00 - UPON REQUEST ONLY AND SUBJECT TO OUR AVAILABILITY.
