10.0Flying visit to this hotel for a 1 night stay whilst in the city for the Football. All staff we spoke to were very polite and helpful. Room was spot on very spacious. Nice clean bathroom also. A very good location. Would stay again.
Boston soccer stay
8.0It was perfect stay in the Hyatt. Superb location in downtown, lot of restaurants and shops close, Chinatown also very close... and very nice staff like Abdel and Yousra.

10.0The hotel was in a great location. Walkable to most places you’d be visiting Boston for. The staff was amazing! Our rooms were ready early and we were very grateful after traveling. The rooms were really good size and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great stay in Boston.

Great Location
8.0Great location in the Theater District. Modern, clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff at check-in. Avenue One restaurant staff, service and food is very good. What ruined what otherwise would have been an excellent experience was that the Bar closes earlier than advertised and bartender was quite rude.
