− but the surrounding areas are very bad, covered in graffiti, and run down, I will never stay again there
Incredibly central location let down by feeling like an offshoot of a hotel rather than a hotel.
7.0A killer location if you are doing the big 'sights' like colosseum, forum etc. You are on the doorstep. Very comfy room. Great bed and linen — nice bathroom accessories.
− breakfast looked extravagant — but soon revealed very little to actually eat for the price. A yoghurt. An oat bar. A croissant. There is no 24hr desk. The place essentially is open office hours then you are on your own. We saw some latecomers stranded in the courtyard. No restaurant. Bathroom was in need of update. Pedantic front desk on check-out

10.0This was such a wonderful, tucked away, gem of a spot in close proximity to the Coliseum. I am a designer and the room we were in was just remodeled to perfection. I cannot recommend this property enough.
