10.0I booked a block of 32 rooms for a work event. Mallik, General Manager, was fantastic to work with. Quick communication and accurate billing/pricing were greatly appreciated. When the group arrived at the hotel, check in was seamless. Rooms are very clean, updated, and fresh. Thank you again to Mallik and the team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Jacksonville Town Center for meeting our accommodations and exceeding our expectations.
