Großes Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt aber nur ein kleines bekommen, fühle mich betrogen.
1.0Die direkte Lage neben dem Uniklinikum.
− Wir haben zwei Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht und im voraus bezahlt aber nur eins bekommen. Das zweite Zimmer war ein winziger Raum wo lediglich ein Bett drin war. Das Personal vor Ort hat das Problem zur Kenntnis genommen aber mehr auch nicht.

7.0Preis/Leistung sehr gut, sauber, Lage sehr zentral, die Zimmer zur Strasse mit offenen Fenter sehr laut...Für unseren Zweck war es dennoch in Ordnung.
