8.0The inside of the hotel was beautifully decorated and clean, all employees we met were friendly and helpful. The room was wonderfully decorated, especially loved the bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy inside, however the outside was a bit disappointing and gives an impression opposite to the inside and the actual stay. Could do with a lick of paint and tidy up the front, the side parking and the garden area. Otherwise was a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone.

10.0From checking in the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was wonderful. They were having a renovation at the time of our holiday, but it was no issue at all, and didnt affect our stay. The location was perfect for us as it had local conveniences and restaurants. It is also situated not too far from St Ives and Newquay beach. Would definitely stay again.

10.0Nice Hotel in a good position for exploring Cornwall, It looks like a lot of money has been spent on the Hotel , the room I stayed in was really nice , excellent bathroom, large Television, comfortable bed. There was plenty of on site parking space ,
