4.0At check in I was told that the room that I paid for wasn't avaliable. I then was placed in a handicap room. The room was clean but the windows were broken and wouldn't lock, the bathtub had a massive crack in the bottom of it, the tv would work occasionally. Room key had to be changed 4 or 5 time in the 2 nights we stayed.
