Very clean and comfortable.

− The parking space was appreciated but a bit small for our car.

Excellent response and helpful host - comfortable stay - quite compact but everything we needed very convenient for ever

The location - walking distance for everything - 11 mins walk to the pier and about 15 to get into the main part of town. Having parking space on the drive for 1 car was excellent - and we parked the other in the road when spaces were available via digital parking permit via the host. The property has a digital parking permit for 1 car on the road and the space on the drive. We had 4 cars at one point (2 people stayed the 3 nights, with 5 in total on the last night) - and what we established was that to detor people from parking all day, is that any additional cars can’t park between 10-11 or 2-3 Mon-Sat, but after 3pm on Sat you can park until Monday morning - subject to space being available - which there was by Sat afternoon Little enclosed courtyard which was excellent for the little dogs. Having an additional cloakroom downstairs helped too

− Would like to have had some space to store things in the main bedroom - as only space for the bedside tables and two hooks on the back of the door - but realise there was very little space to use for such furniture, and the room was only used by 2 people on one of the nights, and it was a short stay so was fine for that. The bath is quite high to step in and out off - and becomes quite slippy when using the shower as no grip on the bath base, an anti slip mat might have helped that - but also know they aren’t easy to keep clean - so might not be suitable for a let property

The hosts were very quick to respond the questions and check in was easy

− The sofa bed bedding didn't seem like it had been washed . The kitchen was equipped but very much a miss match. It could do with a good sort out . We had to wash all pots and pans before we could use them. One of the single beds is very noisy. We feel it is broken The coat hook falls down as apparently this has been like that for a couple of years . The whole place could really do with a deep clean .
