I like what their head secured parking.Because it wasn't in a great area.I like that.The staff was extremely friendly.When we checked in, the beds were nice and clean, and the room was

− I didn't like that.The breakfast was absolutely disgusting.They had no fresh fruit.The eggs would gross the sausage looked like it hadn't been cooked.They didn't have hot water for the oatmeal, and it just seemed very slapped together

− Hotel was awful. Worst I have ever experienced. As soon as we walked into the lobby the smell of stale smoke,weed and just overall bad odour hit us. When we got into the lifts the smell got worse and then we hit the room. As soon as we walked in we knew we couldn't stay for the 3 nights booked. The window didn't open and the smell was unbearable. I went back down to reception to complain about smell and asked for a different room but none available but in hind sight it would not have made a difference to the stink and overall uncleanliness of the hotel. We arrived late for check-in. Had to go out and buy cleaning products and room spray just to spend the night. I went down the next morning and told them we were checking out and wanted a refund for the other two nights as we had to go and book another hotel. We were told that we would be refunded through booking. Com only to learn from booking. Com that we have not been refunded and they cannot get through to the hotel and cannot contact by phone. Booking have submitted a complaint and still have not received any correspondence on our refund that was promised on morning of departure. The hotel is in a bad location. No amenities close by and unsafe area. There were trash cans of open dirty diapers outside the room next to us in the hall with old food and faecy covered towels. The smell was horrible and that was in the hall from when we arrived and still left there when we checked out the following morning. I have travelled alot and I am not fussy but this was by far the most unsanitary, unclean, unsafe and horrible smelling hotel I have ever stayed in. We checked into the voco napoleon, same price and a much more upscale clean hotel in the centre of beale Street.

Breakfast was adequate. Bath tub was very slippery - almost fell. advised staff about this. There was a wet arae next to the AC unit.

− We've noticed over the past several years, many people and their kids do not know how to behave in a public space, particularly around food.
