9.0El departamento es amplio, cómodo, tiene balcón y una terraza con mesa y asador que tiene unas vistas increíbles. Equipado con aire acondicionado en los dos ambientes, el baño muy bien puesto, la cocina también. Es un lindo complejo que cuenta con pileta y servicios básicos para una estadía larga y cómoda.
− Está un poco alejado del centro por lo que hay que moverse en auto sí o sí, y es un poco empinado llegar. Pero no es algo que nos haya disgustado, simplemente a tener en cuenta según el tipo de viaje que estén por hacer.

8.0L'Arca residenzia is located on a hill over Cefalu. The roadtrip to reach the accomodation is really a challenge, but the view is amazing. The accomodation itself is nice and large. The kitchen is well prepared with all you need for cooking and on the terrace there is also a grill for a barbecue.
− air condition in our rooms is not working well; swimming pool is very small and more or less a bath for children - even it is deep and you need to swim. No personal contact to the host.

− Pulizia scarsa,con l’automatismo del check in siamo rimasti sotto il sole in attesa di avere indicazioni,inadeguato alla struttura il prezzo , piscina sporca , rumorosa la stanza, tessili impolverati e sporchi di vernice , per chi dorme col buio è un problema perché non ci sono tapparelle . Per una notte 200 euro mi sembra elevato ! Nessun parcheggio . Altra nota dolente Per una famiglia è una soluzione folle ! Nonostante il divieto di animali domestici abbiamo trovato un cane nella struttura .
