− Me intentaron cobrar comisiones adicionales de Booking del 5% más sin avisar (jamás me había pasado). Mala atención. La ciudad es aislada no se puede salir nada más q en tren. La recepcionista no informa, dramática y me chantajeó para que pagara el extra o me cancelaba!!! No me facilitó la hoja de reclamaciones (dice que no tenían), no pude hablar con ningún superior por qué se negaba. Todo un show super desagradable con intento de timo y estafa, lloros falsos incluidos. La habitación era ciega, de pasillo (con todos los ruidos que supone del alojamiento), mala limpieza, sin calefacción ninguna ni aire, baño con sólo pastilla de jabón y sobrecito para ducharse de mal champú. Después de negociar me dejó el precio en punto medio, dejándome muy mal sabor de boca todo el viaje.
