10.0The hotel is almost in reach of Ubud centre. The location gave us free run during stay. Not that far from center but we can go anywhere without traffic jam. The service was absolutely best i've ever had. Receptionist welcomes us and friendly. Staffs were always smiling and kind. They literally will do anything you ask. Food and breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and view is just like in the picture. Overall, everything was perfect.

10.0Again a small hotel with a great breakfast and they accommodate all your requests.. if something isn’t done they’ll fix it for you. Super easy to get around . Slightly away from the main area but I enjoyed that part

3.0− Очень хотели попасть именно в этот отель. Он по фото нам очень понравился. Но на самом деле, номера супер старые. Ремонта давно не было, щели между балконными дверьми, бассейн очень грязный, в номерах сыро. Вообщем, совсем не понравилось. Но персонал дружелюбный)

2.0С виду миленький отель,но номера….дикий,ужасный запах сырости и еще не пойми чего,супер неуютные номера,плюс по заезду у меня была грязная,не свежая пастель после ощущение прошлых гостей.Когда я уезжала не помогли мне вызвать на принцип такси,максимально невежливая менеджер.Не вернули мне мою дорогую рубашку,которую я оставила у них.Отель убитый и старый,не оставайтесь тут пожалуйста.

7.0The hotel was lovely and in a good location for centre, just 8-10 min drive into centre via grab. The rooms were comfortable and TV was smart tv so was able to watch Netflix or YouTube. The restaurant had nice food, they also provided Spa and massages that was done at your comfort of your own room! Overall a comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and nice and would help whenever required
− There quite a few ants in the room and bathroom which I understand would be difficult to control since there’s jungle and nature around the building
