Beautiful location with an amazing large private pool.

The location of this villa is executor figtree bay and Protaras. Large 4 bed property with the added plus of having a down stairs bedroom and loo for our less mobile dad. We had a few issues on arrival with items not working and within 30 mins the maintenance team were able to fix the issues.

− The pool furniture was definitely in need of some TLC , the sun loungers were broken the metal table and chairs had no covers which were hot in the Cyprus sun. The mattresses were all hard and uncomfortable

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Few issue but were resolved by guest relations.

We collected the keys for the villa from a lockbox. Guest relations provided clear instruction how to use this.

− Although we can't fault the villa for the amazing location, size of the rooms, the facilities and the pool area and the fast response from guest relations with some issues we had, we did bring to Jason Villas attention the villa needed a little facelift. Given this was the beginning of the season these should have been done. Our first night we had an issue with cockroaches, about 15-20 of them coming from one of the air conditioning units. Pest control came the following day which resolved the problem and housekeeping did a deep clean. The walls need to be painted, the pool needed some repairs (broken grate and broken tiles on the floor of the pool - we didn't have photos of these) as well as some of the outside furniture was aged and need to be painted. The bench had peeling paint and wood splinters. The fridge door seal and side of the fridge hadn't been cleaned ( Housekeeping resolved this immediately) Weirdly the underneath of the sofa kept crumbling. Apart from that we had a lovely holiday and i would stay in Jason Villa No 8 again.

It was all amazing. Close to the beach, in the villa we had anything we needed.

− Ako male nedostatky-súkromie zo zadnej strany hotel s terasou kde sa stále našli zvedavci (pridám fotku),keď že koncom oktobra a koniec sezony pri teplote 26-28 C už voda v nevyhriatom bazene studená-nevyužíval sa.Zas more s plážou blízko kde ešte voda bola príjemna.Spanie može rušiť hluk ako čerpadla v noci ( nenašlo sa presne dovod) -pre návštevníkov problemom so spaním.
