Thoroughly enjoyed stay at a great hotel
9.0Love staying here. Perfect location to relax but also within easy reach of parks and other amenities. Great hotel. Particularly like the ‘market place’ - good selection of food,snacks, drinks and added bonus of being open 24 hours. Parking convenient and bus service to parks from outside hotel if don’t want to drive. Rooms spacious and well maintained
− Although we apparently had a room with a balcony, the balcony was non existent - barely enough room to stand, certainly no room for a chair, so I’d check that with hotel at time of booking next time.

1.0Está todo muy lindo pero no fue cómodo reservé una familiar m hicieron esperar como hasta las 5pm para darme la habitación y nunca estuvo disponible era mi cumpleaños nos dieron dos cuartos una en el piso 8 y la otra en el 4 y era para compartir en familia la piscina no era honda para ni hija no le gustó .
− Me cobraron casi 900$ por una suite familiar que nunca estuvo disponible fue un caos pasar mi cumpleaños así en la redes todo muy bonito
Great hotel for OCCC with a fabulous pool!
7.0If you’re there for an event at the Orange County Convention Center, the location can’t be beat. It was a 15 min walk from our room to the tournament and that was SO convenient. If you’re going for Disney, it’s not a great location - 30 min ride. It has a great pool. The market was convenient to get snacks. The room was spacious and clean. The sunset out the pool view rooms is spectacular.
− The room service was ridiculous. One order of pancakes with bacon was $50 and came in takeout containers - not even real room service presentation. We could have door dashed from a diner and it would have been half the price. The bathroom needs more hooks. With towels and bathing suits, there were not enough places to hang things. The comforters were stiff - not fluffy. The google cast only worked sometimes.
