2.0Ho prenotato questo posto perché accettavano il check in fino Alle ore 22. Arrivati sul posto dopo 14 ore di auto Precisamente alle 21.35, non troviamo nessuno. Chiediamo ai vicini se sanno dove sta il proprietario ma non sanno nulla. Provo a chiamare il numero che sta sul campanello d’ingresso, mi risponde una persona la quale non parla né inglese ne italiano, in poche parole mi dice che secondo lui in check in andava fatto entro le ore 21 e che non sarebbe venuto ad aprire per farci dormire. A questo punto dopo svariati insulti ho chiamato la Gendarmeria Francese, la quale interveniva immediatamente, però dopo svariati tentativi da parte loro il proprietario ha staccato il telefono A quel punto ho deciso di cambiare albergo Era ormai quasi l una di notte La mattina seguente ho contattato Hotel.com i quali oltre che scusarsi mi hanno immediatamente rimborsato la prenotazione e in più mi hanno anche restituito la differenza che ho pagato in più per soggiornare nel nuovo albergo. Spero tanto che questo posto venga immediatamente tolto dal Sito.
