− Facilities weren't as described and on the pictures. Tiles were broken, room had a smell. There weren't enough towels available for the amount of people per room.

− I didn’t like the fact when we came we have to wait at gate while the said it’s a 24 hour facility,the Electricity keeps on trapping and the shower tap Had electric shock not comfortable at all to Experiencing that

10.0Two ladies working were absolutely nice. Most importantly the level of cleanliness. Why didn't you send me info to rate the filthiest place full of voachroaches at Zea Ave. I warn all South Africans never to visit there. It's owned by Malawian lady who charged more R446 more for a room full of roaches no mirror no handwash. The Zea Ave should be closed. It's filthy from the yard curtains bed linen filth a scatter cushion which was pink is brown with dirt. Foreign staff unfriendly and didn't make the room for the whole day. I need relevant authorities to report that place. R500 per night where I could hardly sleep. Scared that roaches will be walking all over me.
− The pillows were extremely hard but I maneuvered. Will bring my pillows next time was not a big deal
