10.0Everything! What is there not to love? Apart from the impeccably curated architectural aesthetic of the property, the team was exceptional and full of grace! Rachel and her team - Jesus, Katie, Angel, Olivia, the hospitality, valet, and housekeeping team, went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Truly the best experience I have ever had at a hotel.
