Great cottage in great location
10.0Cosy cottage just a short walk from sea, river, shops, pubs and carpark. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, lovely shower. Great location for walks in Lynmouth and Lynton and beyond as well as touring around the local coastline. There is even a bus which takes you in to Barnstaple. Weather was chilly when we stayed but it was lovely and warm in the property with central heating on. We have stayed here before and would stay again.
− Very steep (but short) access lane to property, not a problem for us but not suitable for those with mobility issues. Tiny amount of washing up liquid left and nowhere in Lynmouth to buy any. Basic coffee machine would be perfect (would need to advise people on which pods to use if not providing them as there is nowhere in Lynmouth to buy them).
Perfect Location, quiet and right in the centre of town but hidden, if your quick parking is nearby.
