3.0It was a nice touch that bathrobes, razors, and some additional toiletries and beauty products were provided.
− First of all, the rooms are far too small, especially if you are travelling with a wheelchair and suitcases, as it is almost impossible to move around. We chose this hotel mainly because breakfast was included in the price, but it could hardly be described as breakfast. It is definitely not suitable for European guests. The food was awful, smelled unpleasant, did not seem fresh, and was completely inedible. In addition, the staff do not speak English.

9.0シングル喫煙の部屋を予約していましたが、到着後、無料でダブル喫煙の部屋にグレードアップしてくれました。 チェックイン予定時間を過ぎそうで電話をしたときも、ホテル到着後も終始丁寧に対応してくださりました。
