10.0I had an absolutely amazing stay at Meritel Hanoi! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was exceptional, always friendly and attentive. The room was fantastic—beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly cozy. It was like a birthday cake—sweet, delightful, and perfect in every way! Every detail, from the amenities to the ambiance, was top-notch. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. I can’t wait to stay here again!

8.0From my scheduled pick up in Hanoi everything was superb. The staff is so attentive and there is attention to detail making the experience seemless. The food was also amazing.
