2.0The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The noise from the other guests was unacceptable and staff could not control this. Breakfast was a free for all and there was rarely food prepared and available. Having to wait long delays for food and a seat. The food area was also in the laundry area which was uncomfortable watching people do laundry whilst eating. Really poor experience for the cost of the accommodation and service provided.

10.0Breakfast was ok. I missed some cereal and fresh fruit but is ok. Was very clean. The staff was just very kind. Didn’t smell strange. All room are very clean and well ventilated. Would stay again.

6.0The hotel is loccated close to Odawara Station which is very convenient, however, the hotel is quite worn down and as soon as we entered the room, there was a quite strange smell, we had to open the window to let it air out a bit. The hotel has very limited carpark spots, you can park elsewhere with discounted price (1000 Yen), however you will need to enter after 3pm and leave before 10am next day (we were charged 3000 Yen for leaving after 11am). The carpet in the room was not the cleanest and felt sticky at some spots, the bedsheet also had stains on it. It is quite disappointing given that all other hotels we stayed in Japan were quite good.
