Budget Stay, Big Expectations.
10.0We loved our stay in Sansepolcro. The hospitality was truly exceptional, like, exceptional. The room was exactly as described and I felt like every expectation was managed and then exceeded. I have to say I think the negative reviews are extremely unfair. The property is extremely clearly described, and it's a budget friendly stay in the middle of a historical town in Tuscany. As someone who works in tourism and hotels, I felt like it was one of the best value for money we got throughout our trip through Europe, and the communication with the owner was excellent. It's not a 100% perfect property- which is why it's budget friendly. But the bed is comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, the location is perfect, and the host truly goes above and beyond. There's noise from outside and the bathroom is shared but that's clearly communicated many times through the booking and the host has gone out of his way to ensure that you are comfortable as possible. We really felt like we got a hidden gem and I feel like the negative reviews need to mind their expectations in relation to the price.

8.0Molto belle le camere, ricavate in un palazzo d'epoca. Noi abbiamo prenotato tutte le tre stanze a disposizione e per questo il bagno in comune non è stato un problema. Se avete altre necessità, sappiate che il bagno è in condivisione con gli altri ospiti. Centralissimo, comodo per i pellegrini. Soggiornandoci in estate, abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte. I rumori della movida si sentono, è vero, ma per noi non è stato un problema, anzi ci hanno fatto compagnia. Camere fresche grazie ai soffitti alti. Il Sig.Marco avvisa di tutto ed è gentilissimo. Grazie mille
