Hotel closed
2.0The hotel has been closed and boarded up for 15 months. And hotels.com do not care that we turned up with no where to stay. Customer service is non existent

2.0When we arrived to check in we found the hotel closed and a brick through the window. We were left having to book a second hotel at our expense. Still looking to receive a refund for our booking.

2.0Hotel is closed but still taking bookings & money. Arrived at the hotel to find the reception in darkness & unmanned. I came back 2 hrs later & still no receptionist however a workman appeared & told me that the hotel was closed. I asked for the manager & when he arrived I explained that I had 2 nights booked & paid for, he just told me to contact Hotels .Com for a refund. Thanks for ruining my easter weekend.
