7.0чудове місце розташування і дуже привітний персонал. в готелі потурбувались про наявність світла під час відключень. готель було легко знайти, і таксі можна викликати прям до готелю.
− душова зона потребує ремонту. рушники були доволі старими а подушки дуже тонкими. минулі роки готель коштував дешевше, і це відповідало отриманим послугам

10.0Сподобалося абсолютно все: від ергономіки простору до дрібниць на кшталт зручних розеток біля ліжка та якісних рушників. Обов'язково повернуся сюди ще раз.
− Через російські обстріли енергосистеми в місті бувають відключення світла, і в такі моменти готелю трохи не вистачає генератора. Проте до цього можна підлаштуватися, а персонал завжди намагається допомогти в межах можливостей.
