7.0Pelo valor cobrado, minha expectativa em relação ao apartamento era mais alta. Infelizmente, alguns pontos comprometeram a experiência. Os móveis apresentam desgaste significativo, o quarto principal é bastante apertado, dificultando a circulação, e o chuveiro não disponibilizava água quente durante a estadia. Além disso, identifiquei problemas de manutenção, como lâmpadas da cozinha e da varanda que não funcionavam, e o ar-condicionado chegou a pingar sobre a cama. Embora tenha sido possível me hospedar e descansar, acredito que esses ajustes são essenciais para proporcionar uma experiência mais alinhada ao padrão esperado por quem opta por esse tipo de acomodação em férias.
− Não gostei da acomodação devido à falta de manutenção: banheiro sem água quente, guarda-roupa com defeito, iluminação da varanda não funcionava, quarto muito pequeno e cama de solteiro desconfortável.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in.
