− Breakfast, no pool towels
Extremely disappointed
1.0The room was spacious and the location was key.
− The AC wasn’t cold. The refrigerator didn’t work. The towels were paper thin and the size of a small child. The pillows smelled of human sweat. The pool was full of hair.

Dissatisfied
5.0− The A/C didn’t work in 1/2 of the room. It was 100° outside and the coldest it got was 76° in the room. When we asked to switch, they acted like it was an inconvenience. They did move us after maintenance came and said heat was blowing out of the vent in the ceiling. The room they moved us to was dirty. It was missing cups and toiletries. The towels were brown, pillow cases were on inside out with the tags showing, bacon bits were in the tray and couch, someone used the tray where to coffee pot was to cut something up, red dye was next too the coffee pot, drawings were on the desk, the door to the fridge was broken and had to stay open, the door to the bathroom was also off the track. The toilet was dirty around the rim. The bedding was missing to use the trundle bed that my 5 year old was excited to use. The box spring was missing the covering. The trash bins were missing the connection piece and still had trash in them. The floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned. The drain stopper was also broken and lying on the side of the tub. I realized that if you wanted to take a shower, it had to be placed on the side of the tub or the tub would fill up. Hair and trash was in the drain, nasty. I did check the sheets to make sure at least it was safe for my kids to sleep after all that. How disappointing. We will not be back. I hope they don’t charge me for incidentals when they clearly don’t use that to fix these rooms when someone trashes them. I have more pictures but unfortunately cannot load all the issues on here.
