Personal unfreundlich, Rezeption schmuddelig, Restaurant ohne Beurteilung -sind vorzeitig abgereist
4.0Das Einzig Gute war, dass der "Hotelier" uns nicht den vollen Preis berechnet hat, da wir kurzfristig wieder abgereist sind.
− Die Begrüßung des Personals sowie die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage des Hotels liegt äußerst ungünstig, wenn man zu dem Event "Rhein in Flammen" will, da man mit der Fähre auf die "richtige" Seite des Rheins muss.
Für eine Nacht nach einer Rheinsteigetappentour okay.
