10.0Having a full kitchen and washer drier was a huge money saver for us. We enjoyed dinners on the patio at sunset almost every night. The room was nicely appointed, but a little dated. The one area that bugged us was kind of minor, but with water restrictions on the island, it was surprising to find that the shower could really use a flow control- or better shower head - as it gushed and wasted gallons of water without any way to control the flo. Other then that the place was great for our 8 day stay. We will come back soon.

2.0Nice and accommodating staff. Room was HORRIBLE! This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Our room was full of cockroaches and had bed bugs. It was disgusting. I am extremely disappointed with this and disgusted. Every morning I woke up with new bed bug bites on my chest, arms, and legs and to top it off, every morning I found more cockroaches…mind you we didn’t even cook or eat in our hotel because of how grossed out we were. I rate this hotel a 2/10 only because of how helpful and nice the staff was. Other than that, I’d give it a zero.

10.0Best location. Property could use a little love with upgrades but location right on the water more than makes up for it. Beautiful west facing so amazing sunsets. Walk straight to the Kaanapali beach - amazing beach. Local shops close by. And whalers village a 5 minute drive. Great shopping and dining there! I don’t want to stay anywhere else when I visit Maui again.
