− The property was good
I am happy with my services received at the hotel!
10.0Breakfast was good. I had pancakes and hot tea. There was other food and juices.
− I didn’t have a chair while waiting for my laundry. Had to leave my laundry and go back to the room. After several trips back to the room thought it would be better to wait if I had a chair.
it was doable for 2 days
7.0you could tell they were making improvements to the property so for that I applaud them. we had an issue with the A/C when we got there but they corrected that immediately so that was a huge plus on 100 degree days. the breakfast was better than some I have had so that was ok, but coffee machine wasn't the best. overall, for the price it was ok. it was mid-priced for the area so it is what it is but there is no place like home!
− The bathroom was listed as handicap accessible. I was on a knee scooter for non-weight bearing, I got around ok but the shower was the issue. they had a transfer chair which I greatly appreciated but I had to try to stand because the shower head was not removable and the water pressure was horrible and I felt I couldn't get all the soap off and felt very unsafe standing on 1 leg to try to let the water go down.

9.0Staff very friendly & helpful. Good variety for breakfast. Pool area clean & enclosed by shrubs which gives privacy to street & other surroundings. Very clean.
− No outside seating area for smokers. No access to rear entry-we had to park in back bc we had a boat-you can exit back door but no key access to enter. Our shower had very low water pressure but my friends' shower had excellent pressure-both rooms on 1st floor.

− The shower in the was not working very well. No shower curtain. Breakfast was okay could have been better.
