Needs some Love but Working On It
8.0This was the conference hotel for a conference I attended. The downstairs areas could use a lot of love but my room was completely renovated. I had zero WiFi in my room and the person I spoke to downstairs just suggested I bring my work to the lobby, which wasn’t an option. I was offered points as compensation which I never received. Rest of front desk staff was very attentive. Restaurant was very good and restaurant staff was fantastic.
Terrible value—not clean and quite expensive for what you get. Front desk unfriendly and had to look around for someone

− Wasn’t clean. Housekeeping didn’t clean well and left rooms unstocked—no toilet paper, tissues, etc. when they stopped at rooms they added towels, dumped trash and pulled covers up. They didn’t “make” the beds or cleanup bathrooms or vacuum tho much needed. Floors didn’t appear vacuumed when we checked in and I kept stepping on gritty stuff in the carpet. Housekeeping threw the dirty towels into the hall by all the rooms and left them there til they repeated that action the next day.

− Bathroom was too small Its a problem for 2 people when the toilet & shower are in the same enclosed space
