Schön nahe an der S-Bahn gelegen, umgehen. Ruhig und schön am Wasser. Ganz in der Nähe ein Kinderspielplatz. Schönes Hot
9.0Tolle Lage und schöner Einrichtungsstil. Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Welcome Drink war lecker. Flusssicht.
− Das Bad war etwas altmodisch, die Duschwand klapprig. Für mehr als 200€ die Nacht war es nicht ganz gerechtfertigt.
Schön gelegenes Hotel an der Spree
7.0Die Lage direkt an der Spree und schnelle Verkehrsverbindungen von dort.
− Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, welches im Souterrain lag. Es war dadurch recht dunkel, auch der gedachte Blick auf der Spree nicht. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war für unseren Geschmack zu altbacken und schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

1.0The hotel looked fine, the location was very good. Direct entry from the underground parking was also nice. One personnel member was a bit rude, the other one was extremely nice and polite. Unfortunately maybe overly polite as you can read in the section "what I didn't like".
− In my feeling, the hotel scammed me. Me and my wife really wanted to have a room with a queen bed. Their offer said that the room has a queen bed, no option for two single beds. That's one of the reasons we went with this hotel. So we came, contrary to the description, there were two separate beds. They said they can give us a single one but no idea how long it will take. It was late, we were tired. I asked if maybe, by any chance, we can cancel it and find another hotel. I didn't expect that they would be happy to refund. But the nice guy from the reception said there will be no problem, we will get 100% refund! Yeah, we believed him, that was a mistake. The hotel didn't feel obligated to fulfill the promises of their own employee, we got no refund, they refuse to answer my messages except "who promised a refund to you?". They have no shame and send me spam using Booking chat. Unfortunately all I can do is to rant here at this hotel.
