9.0Staff super gentile, parlano perfettamente inglese. Kit di cortesia ottimo con anche prodotti per skincare e bagno "a buffet" nella lounge d'ingresso. Presenza dell'onsen interno che non ho provato. Offrono gelato gratuitamente dopo il bagno.
− Stanze piccoline, difficile aprire le valigie. Il prezzo è un po' alto e la posizione non è comodissima se ci si muove con il trasporto pubblico, pur essendo in centro.
