− The rooms are old, feels not clean, not welcoming
Nice, elegant hotel which we thoroughly enjoy
9.0Room is spacious, beds are comfortable. Shuttle service provided easy access to Shinagawa station.
− Bad encounter with service staff at Slope Side Diner Zakuro Buffet & cafe. Service staff spoke loudly and rudely to us and embarrassed us at the breakfast table. She could be more polite so we can enjoy our breakfast.

10.0Great place to stay in Tokyo if you like the peace and quiet with lots of greens. The rooms were spacious unlike other Tokyo hotels.It's not the center and you need to take a train or taxi to reach major spots.
