Beautiful hotel with a good vibe

The breakfast experience with harp playing. All the little touches in the suite.

− Didn’t realise the rooftop garden is now vegetarian restaurant so options were limited. Also there was a noisy guest at breakfast and we felt that a member of staff should have asked him to quieten down.

Beautiful hotel, very Italian! Garden top restaurant and even coffee during the day were much needed after sight seeing and incredible view. The room we started in was not to our standard as we need a balcony/more space but perfect if you are out all day. We got an upgrade and it couldn’t have been better. Enormous wrap around balcony, spa bath, huge. They even had someone playing the harp every morning during breakfast. Breakfast was exceptionally good and all the staff were so helpful with us both being gluten intolerance. They also helped with booking taxis, luggage; transfer of rooms - definitely looked after

− A staff member walked into our room to bring water in at 9.20pm - I asked her to leave as I was in the shower and she didn’t at first and then spoke back. As well I left my jacket at the door of the room as we checked out and it was not found despite telling them within minutes.
