10.0Ci sono soggiorni che si ricordano soprattutto per le persone. Al Raphaël, ciò che desidero sottolineare prima di tutto è la gentilezza dello staff del front desk. A loro va il mio ringraziamento più sincero: è proprio questa qualità umana a dare un significato speciale all’ospitalità e a rendere il ricordo di un hotel più bello e personale. Un momento che ho apprezzato particolarmente è stata la colazione accompagnata dall’arpa dal vivo. Un dettaglio delicato, elegante e davvero speciale, capace di trasformare l’inizio della giornata in qualcosa da assaporare con calma. La musica aggiungeva un’atmosfera bellissima: uno di quei particolari che possono sembrare piccoli, ma che restano impressi quando ripensi a un viaggio. Ho apprezzato moltissimo anche la pulizia e l’ottima posizione dell’hotel. Sono aspetti importanti nella scelta di un soggiorno e, insieme all’accoglienza e all’atmosfera della colazione, sono le ragioni per cui la mia valutazione è così positiva. Il massimo dei voti è meritato. Questa recensione vuole essere anche un ringraziamento a chi, con la propria gentilezza, contribuisce a rendere speciale l’esperienza degli ospiti. Il valore di un soggiorno passa anche da questo: dalle persone e dai dettagli che continuano a farsi ricordare una volta tornati a casa.
