− In my room 504 someone should look at the refrigerator is uneven and does not get very cold

− Cleanliness. Drinks left in fridge and hair in the bathroom sink. Asked for things for the room and never received. Broken elevators and we come to this location a lot and always elevator issues.

4.0The breakfast is always amazing , staff was courteous , location was idea .
− The room smelled moldy , the room was not an accessible room , and the air conditioner worked when it wanted to. Staff forgot to put fresh towels in the room and I had to ask for them on more than one occasion . The wifi did not work
