10.0This hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Every staff member was genuinely friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The on-site restaurants and bars were equally impressive, offering excellent food, a wonderful atmosphere, and consistently exceptional service. For anyone looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and a fresh, modern feel, this is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.
− The only downside to our trip to Naples this year was the mosquitoes. They were extremely annoying and seemed to be everywhere—by the pool, room at the beach, and even around the city.

10.0Tudo impecável
No gym for 15 and under athletes with adult supervision
2.0Here’s a strong review that stays focused on the experience rather than making claims you can’t verify: I expected far more from a property that markets itself as one of the premier luxury resorts in Florida. Today I was told that my 11-year-old son could not work out with me in the fitness center—even under my direct supervision. He’s a well-behaved athlete, and we simply wanted to complete a workout together. Instead, we were turned away with no flexibility, no attempt to accommodate us, and no effort to provide an alternative. What’s especially disappointing is that this is a resort that heavily promotes itself as family-friendly, with extensive programming for children ages 5–12. (Ritz-Carlton) Yet when it came to allowing a parent to supervise their own child in the gym, customer service gave way to rigid policy. Luxury hospitality is supposed to be about creating exceptional experiences, solving problems, and treating guests like valued customers—not hiding behind rules without considering the circumstances. The facilities are beautiful, but service is what defines a five-star resort. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of the Ritz-Carlton standard. I hope management reconsiders this policy or, at the very least, empowers employees to use common sense when a parent is simply trying to exercise alongside their child. Very disappointing.
The best Ritz in a long time
10.0We’ve been at least 15 Ritz properties and this by far our current favorite. In fact the service here rivals that of the Ritz yachts. Excellent housekeeping staff! All restaurants great, staff so nice esp Matt at front desk, Loren at front gate/The Grille and Brian at The Grill. Be aware that if you have allergies like I do and book because this is an animal-free hotel, you still will encounter animals. We saw two dogs—likely the so called ESA animals.
