10.0Nos encantó. Todo en general. Es muy cómodo para familias. En general todo el personal es muy agradable, nos ayudaron en todo. Tanto personal limpieza, recepción, animación, restauración. Esta a 2 min de la playa y ahí mismo puedes coger barco para Formentera o cualquier parte de Ibiza. Tiene 2 restaurantes aparte del buffet central que te hacen la estancia algo diferente. Muchas opciones de deporte y entretenimiento tanto para adultos como niños. El día de salida teníamos los vuelos por la noche y nos indicaron de quedarnos en el hotel hasta nuestra hora de partida sin problema. Para ser nuestra primera experiencia en la isla, nos vamos con muy buen sabor de boca. Si volvemos, sin duda repetiremos. Mi enhorabuena a Jose D. por el equipo que tiene.
− Por puntualizar algo, aunque el hotel esta enfocado el 90% a turismo extranjero, se agradecería la animación nocturna que también la hiciesen en español. Aún así el chico que presentaba las actuaciones, super agradable e intentaba hacer por entenderse. Nada mas.

− Horarios de comida muy prontos, y no hay servicio de cocina si no es en horarios de las comidas....una faena por si quieres aprovechar el día o la noche y cuando llegues al hotel poder pedir algo y no estar tan atado a los horarios de comidas

7.0L'endroit est joliment aménagé et propre. La chambre est spacieuse. Les piscines sont propres et agréables. La nourriture était plutôt correcte pour de la cuisine de collectivité.
− Le personnel ne parle pas suffisamment espagnol. L'allemand est la langue prédominante et au kids club impossible de se faire comprendre en espagnol ou en français pour notre fils, c'est dommage...

− Horrible food, dirty rooms, not because they are not being cleaned, the cleaning ladies were amazing, but it’s just so old and broken and mold was everywhere in the shower. No shampoo - only shower gel.
