10.0Staying was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great staying. Food was superb! The decor was exquisitely beautiful. I’d recommend the incorporation of a spa or gym so guests could extend the staying and enjoy the hotel premises.

8.0Everything was absolutely amazing except the food. It was so sad because the hotel had all the resources and in a town full of fresh produce. We've been in Ecuador for nearly 3 weeks and this was the worst meal.

10.0This hotel is gorgeous and our stay was lovely. The staff is so friendly and kind. We were greeted with drinks and a warm hand towel at check in, which was much appreciated after a long travel day. We arrived late so chose to order room service and it was delicious! The included breakfast was also fantastic. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Ponchos where the market is located. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!
