− The one young man who apparently didn't like to do his job because we waited 10 minutes to find him to check out.

− I didn’t like the fact that I booked 2 smoking room and when I got there for check in I was giving my 2 rooms so now I’m thinking that it’s ok to smoke then the next day me and the family left out and when I we get back to the hotel they had locked my room door I ask the guy at the front desk why did you lock my room door he said cause you was smoking in the rooms I told him I booked 2 smoking room and he said no you didn’t so I had to show him that I did the guy at the front desk didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience he caused I had to pack all my things and move to another room i will never stay there again he was very unprofessional

7.0It had all the things we needed, just not at an amazing level. Loved that there is a pool, and breakfast available in the morning. Our beds were made and room was clean everyday we were there. Anytime there was an issue it was dealt with and we were treated very nicely.
− The first room we got, the cable wasn’t working. And the tv had a crack in it. So we called to see if it could get fixed and they ended up moving us to a slightly more updated room and everything worked fine there. The breakfast wasn’t that great, to be honest. I had to ask for waffle mix to be made, the fruit was old, the lids spoons and such weren’t stocked. Just wasn’t as good as I thought it would be, even with all the good breakfast items that are supposed to be offered.
