10.0Очень-очень уютный отель, хорошее расположение-недалеко от метро, рядом с гостиницей-автобусная остановка, в 20 минутах ходьбы торговый центр.Очень понравился район -не так много туристов, красивые старинные домики, много небольших продуктовых супермаркетов.На метро до центра занимает около 20 минут езды.Сам отель расположен в старинном здании, номер в прекрасном состоянии, в ванной комнате все новое, никаких проблем с сантехникой не было, окно открывается.Завтраки вкусные, но однообразные -не считаю это недостатком.Мы остались очень довольны нашим отпуском.Спасибо !

Wonderful hotel , highly recommend!
10.0The staff were wonderful especially the front desk . It’s a lovely boutique hotel , my room was comfortable quiet and clean , there was a kettle and coffee machine . The spread at breakfast was amazing a really good selection of delicious fresh food both hot and cold options . I had dinner in the hotel too and that was really good !
− Coffee and tea was not served at the table there was one machine that made what you wanted cappuccino, hot water etc , so therefore you had to wait in line for it . I don’t need my coffee served at the table but it would be nice if there were a couple of pots of coffee at the buffet to help yourself to .

10.0I am a many time return guest, and I suppose what I like the most is the family feeling… from reception to F&B to the cleaning staff, all are super helpful and friendly. Maya in the bar is just a delight. Always smiling!!!

9.0Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Staff were lovely. Had dinner one evening, and that was very good. Touch of luxury with bath robes and mini fridge. Not the best location for central London, but close to underground, and good for museums.
